Bit More about me!.
I have been a Practice Manager at a medium sized 5 Partner accountancy practice where I gave advice to clients of our Payroll clients as well the practice where I was responsible for everything from toilet rolls to professional indemnity and all things in between. Before that I had 17 years in the Civil Service where part of my brief was HR and Health and Safety.
Recently an opportunity has arisen to change tack and become a consultant so I've taken three strands which, certainly in my working life, have increased in importance.
For thirty years I was a Police Officer in West Midlands Police. Goes without saying I have an eye for detail and know the need for a methodical approach as well as a pragmatic approach to matters!
Much of my later years in the Force were spent in Case support where the need to collate and produce information for the court had to be spot-on!
My particular area of expertise in the business is process and procedures I am happy to help you formulate and review your policies.
